Goal: To work out daily for 130 days. By June 2, 2013

The beginning!

This is the beginning! Tomorrow is the start of me working out everyday for 130 days. Yes, I know, you are supposed to take a day to rest. But I realized over that last decade for me. That if I take a day off it will put a dent into me trying to do it the next day. So I have figured out to the days in which you are supposed to take a day off, I just do a short work out. 

I am not just going to do the work out in the morning. I am going to come home from work and do a certain amount of different exercises that don't involve my work out video. No more going out to eat. Everything is going to made at home. It will save money and calories.

On the point of calories, I got a my 5 year gift from work. I chose a heart monitor and watch. It also calculates the calories your burn during your work out. Therefore I will be able to calculate my calorie intake for the day better than I have been. 

I will be trying to make a post a day once I am done with all my workouts for the day. Just to show what I have done to have a record and account for what I have actually done. 130 posts should be on this blog by June 2, 2013.

Wish me luck. Now it is time to get everything ready for tomorrow.
